Our Meal Prep menu will be provided on our website and posted on Facebook as well, we build our menu from scratch to provide quick simple meals to heat when you have little to no time to cook or go get lunch or dinner. meal prep is tailored to give a healthy and hearty meal.

each week a new menu will be provided and will apply to the meal prep tester, the 20 meal package and the 40 meal package.

The meal tester will be 5 meals for a single week.

The 20 meal package includes 5 meals per week, lunch or dinner for 4 weeks duration of a month.

The 40 meal package includes 10 meals per week, lunch and dinner for 4 weeks duration of a month
